Fuerte derrota de Milei, la ley vuelve a comisión porque perdían la votación
Javier Milei sufrió una severa derrota política de alcance impredecible. El oficialismo tuvo que interrumpir el tratamiento de la ley ómnibus y regresarla a comisión, ante la certeza que iba a perder la votación del capítulo de privatizaciónes.
Quien dio la orden fue el asesor Santiago Caputo, quien en el cuarto intermedio convocado ante la inminencia de la derrota, le ordenó a los jefes de bloques aliados que se retire la ley. LPO había anticipado en exclusiva que en las negociaciones previas, cuando el capítulo de privatizaciones empezó a ser desguazado, Caputo amenazó con retirar la norma.
La decisión coloca al Congreso ante una situación inédita y al Gobierno en un bochorno histórico: la inconmensurable ley se aprobó en general, pero a la hora de votar en particular se retiró del recinto y se regreso a comisión. Los diputados no tenían recuerdo de una situación similar.
Antes de pasar a cuarto intermedio, quien alertó sobre la derrota que se avecinaba fue el diputado Miguel Pichetto, que le pidió a Menem “flexibilidad” para convocar a un cuarto intermedio que evite el papelón. “Les encanta seguir perdiendo, traten de receptar algunas propuestas y ganar, hay que ganar no perder”.
Llamado urgente a Karina Milei por la crisis de las privatizaciones: “Me estoy yendo a dormir”
En ese momento, el bloque libertario entró en crisis total y una diputada llamó a Karina Milei a Israel para informarla de la situación. La hermana del Presidente la despachó de mala manera: “Me estoy yendo a dormir”, como reveló LPO.
Como anticipó LPO, desencantado por la versión deshidratada de la ley, Milei se fue con su hermana a Israel y dejó el seguimiento de la norma en manos de Santiago Caputo. No le fue bien al líder del Grupo Marlboro. La caída de la ley es completa: la aprobación en general pierde efecto. O sea, digamos, el proceso vuelve a empezar de cero.
La decisión de regresar la ley a comisión fue instrumentada por el jefe del bloque libertario, Oscar Zago. La estrategia fue repudiada por los jefes de bloques aliados, que quedaron arrastrados por la caída de la norma. El radical Martín Tetaz no se guardó nada: “Gran error sin antecedentes, Oscar Zago acaba de mandar a comisión el proyecto, pudiendo haber aceptado las disidencias y sacado toda la ley”.
Zago, lejos de hacer autocrítica, cargó las tintas sobre los gobernadores aliados, es especial Martín Llaryora de Córdoba y Maximiliano Pullaro de Santa Fe. “Córdoba se está equivocando, Santa Fe se está equivocando, los gobernadores no cumplieron su palabra”.
El ataque de ago a los gobernadores de Juntos inmediatamente fue replicado a las redes por la cuenta de La Libertad Avanza y el ejército de trolls de Fernando Cerimedo y Agustín Romo: “La traición se paga cara y La Libertad Avanza no va a permitir que los gobernadores extorsionen al pueblo para mantener sus privilegios”.
Este ataque enfureció a los gobernadores de Juntos que no sólo votaron la ley, sino que además, como reveló LPO, habían decidido no votar la coparticipación del impuesto Pais que empujó el cordobés Llaryora, el único que se mantuvo coherente y rechazó las privatizaciones.
