Los gobernadores de Juntos acordaron retirar el impuesto PAIS para no votar con el kirchnerismo
Los gobernadores de Juntos por el Cambio acordaron no sumarse a la jugada para imponerle a Javier Milei la coparticipación del Impuesto PAIS en la votación en particular de la Ley Ómnibus.
La decisión se tomó este mediodía en una reunión por Zoom que los gobernadores de Juntos mantuvieron con los jefes de bloque de la UCR, Rodrigo de Loredo; el PRO, Cristian Ritondo; y Hacemos Coalición Federal, Miguel Pichetto; además de otros diputados relevantes de esas bancadas.
Fuentes al tanto de la discusión dijeron a LPO que no se trata del resultado de una negociación con el Gobierno sino de una decisión propia de los gobernadores y los bloques, que ahora prometen empujar la coparticipación del impuesto durante el debate del paquete fiscal.
Una de las razones que motivó la decisión de los bloques es no que no querían aparecer votando junto a Unión por la Patria, una movida promovida por Martín Llaryora para garantizar los votos, como reveló LPO. El cordobés aparece como el gran derrotado por el desplante de Juntos.
La otra razón que empujó la deserción de los gobernadores es evitar una crisis política seria en los tres bloques, donde había visiones encontradas. Esto afectaba especialmente al PRO donde una parte importante votará todo tal cual lo pida Milei, pero otros diputados responden a los gobernadores.

Para Milei tampoco es un triunfo total porque en un principio la intención del gobierno era que en la Ley Ómnibus se ratifique la vigencia en 2024 del impuesto PAIS ante la amenaza de una judicialización. Es que una interpretación de la ley que lo impuso indica que el tributo se cayó al finalizar el ejercicio fiscal 2023.
La idea de Llaryora era meter la coparticipación del impuesto para recomponer los ingresos de las provincias, afectados por la eliminación de Ganancias, que implicó una pérdida de 3.500 millones de dólares a las gobernaciones. Con el reparto de PAIS, recuperarían 1.500 millones de dólares.
